Welcome to the hotels.co.il website of ByTech Communications Ltd. (hereinafter: "the company"). Please read the detailed terms and conditions, and at the end confirm your agreement to the terms. Approval of the terms detailed below constitutes a binding agreement between you and the company, the company is not a travel agent, and serves as the HOTELS.CO.IL operator.The use of the website and its services is conditional on the unequivocal agreement of each person to the conditions detailed below and upon entering the website the user declares that he is aware of these regulations and agrees and accepts its instructions, even if for a reason reserved with him he did not read and/or understand the instructions of the regulations and/or any of them.
The user declares that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or claim, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or its operators and/or its owners and/or its managers and/or their behalf.
2. This website is only available to those who are eligible to use it
To use hotels.co.il and in order to book a hotel the user has to be 18 years of age and who have a valid credit card.The company reserves the right to prevent participation in any sale and/or promotion, from any person, according to its sole discretion and without the need for reasoning or prior notice.
In addition to the above, any future sale or operation will be denied to any person who: (1) intentionally provided incorrect data (2) used the site for illegal purposes (3) violated the terms of this agreement (4) did not pay his debt due to using the site first (5) had his credit card canceled or restricted or blocked (6) uses a direct credit card.
3. The products offered
The company is not a travel agency and is not the one that supplies or sells the various products offered on the site. The products and promotions offered are under the responsibility and on behalf of the offering companies only who’s offers are shown in the site.
The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only, and the company is not responsible for them. The company does not supervise the information provided by the hotels and the responsibility regarding the information provided lies with the hotels only.
It is recommended that you independently check the feasibility of the prices and conditions offered, the responsibility for this lies solely with you.
To the extent that there are links to other websites on the website, the company is not responsible for the content of these websites and for any damage that may be caused to you as a result of using these websites or the services offered on them.
The prices on the website always refer to the cheapest room, unless otherwise stated.
As an agent on behalf of the bookers, the company creates a legally binding relationship between the bookers and the hotels and service providers.
In light of the fact that all information on the website comes from third parties, the company disclaims any responsibility for the information provided therein.
Hotels.co.il takes no responsibility for the results resulting from the use of the aforementioned information, and is not liable for any complaints or claims relating to the use of the information.
4. Using the website to place an order
- Orders must be placed through the website by filling out a form with the necessary information. Please fill out all the details completely, correctly, and accurately.
- False information may constitute a criminal offence. Those who submit false information will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The company reserves the right to cancel your order if you provide inaccurate information.
- Website services are provided to the best of the company's ability. It is possible, however, that the company may not receive the information that you sent through technical malfunctions. The company is not responsible for such a case, even if the malfunction is its fault.
5. Booking confirmation
An email confirmation will be sent after the credit card is verified and the accommodation/supplier has confirmed the order.
The product you purchased will be yours only if you receive this confirmation. The final approval is contingent upon the approval of the offering company; after receiving your offer and receiving approval, there will be a contract between you and the offering company. The Company shall not be a party to this Agreement.
Products are supplied solely by the companies offering them. The company is not responsible in any way.
The cancellation policy here is set by the offering companies alone.
6. Reservation terms and conditions:
By acting as an agent on behalf of the hoteliers, the company creates a binding legal relationship between the hoteliers and the actual hotels and service providers. Due to this, the company shall not be held responsible for the actions of others, including those of the service providers, and shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, deficiencies, inconsistencies, or failures to provide the service.
Since all information provided within the site originates from third parties, the company is not responsible for any information provided there.
Those who book at Hotels assume responsibility for the results resulting from the use of the aforementioned information and will not have any complaints and/or claims of any kind against the company.
Despite our best efforts, the company is not liable for any third-party's failure to comply with their obligations, including matching the information on this website with reality. We make every effort to make sure all information on the website is up-to-date, correct, complete, and accurate.
When you use the website, you agree to everything stated therein, including all exemption conditions, and in any case, you cannot raise any claim contrary to this.
7 . Processing and confirmation of orders:
In case of full occupancy, the hotel may transfer the customer to another hotel of the same level
After selecting a transaction, enter the order and payment information.
The relevant service providers will handle your order once it arrives at the hotel you've chosen.
An order that is confirmed will be sent directly to the hotel and an order confirmation will appear at the end of the ordering process. To receive an email confirmation, the orderer must enter their email address.
Hotel approval is required when ordering a promotion that does not require immediate approval. These types of promotions are published by the hotels and the words "Conditional to hotel approval" appear on the promotion page. It is necessary to wait for a return email from the hotel that specifies whether the order has been approved or declined after the reservation in which you are required to use a credit card that will not be charged. Due to limited occupancy, the hotel may not be able to confirm all reservations.
When booking a room, the name of the guest in the room is to be noted on the reservation. If the name does not match the guest who will arrive, a full cancellation fee will be applied. If you change the name of the guest after the reservation has been made, you may be charged a full cancellation fee.
The reservation process may hold 100 NIS for the credit card used in the reservation for a few days that will automatically be released back to the reservation holder.
The Reservation must be payed upon arriving at the hotel unless otherwise stated at the reservation page.
It is possible that a room that appears to be available on the website may not be available after completing the booking process and transferring credit information. Several people may make reservations for the same room at the same time, and the first confirmation will be given to the first one that the hotel system approves. Rooms are not saved when searching in the hotel system, so several reservations may be made at the same time for the same room.
For your convenience, you can receive an offer for a group of more than 10 rooms.
8. Payments by credit card:
Credit cards are used for reservation guarantee only and are not charged during the reservation process. You will be charged at the hotel. You may not use DEBIT CARDS when booking in hotels.co.il. Doing so will lead to the cancellation of the order and the charge of cancellation fees according to their agreement with the credit company rather than what is advertised on the site. Guests who use DEBIT CARDS may not receive confirmation, and their reservation will not be transferred to the hotel. In these cases, we may contact you for for further assistance. The hotel and/or supplier is responsible for the rooming process at the hotel and the use of the hotel's facilities, including air conditioning and the hotel facilities. Some hotels require supplements for services such as meals, drinks, minibars, gyms, spas, and water sports. If you book a room for three and/or four people, many hotels usually put a third and/or fourth bed in a double room, sometimes the extra bed is a sofa bed or folding bed. Credit cards and orders that have been approved are subject to cancellation policy from the moment of reservation approval.9. Cancelations and NON SHOWs:
In case of cancellation or non-arrival at the hotel, the full cancellation fee will be charged. In case of denial of booking, the customer will be charged the full amount plus processing fees for collecting the payment.Cancelling a confirmed reservation
Changes - after the booking, no changes are possible without prior written consent from the company or its representative, and/or the hotel.
It does not infringe any rights of the service provider to change the terms of the provision of his services, and this is not within the scope of the company's responsibilities. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the service providers directly in this regard.
By acting as an agent on behalf of the orderers, the company creates a binding legal relationship between the orderers and the actual service providers. In this case, the company is not liable for the provision or non-provision of the ordered services, including defects or negligence, or any other legal cause attributable to the hotel/supplier.
In the event of any changes in the ordered services or a failure to deliver them as ordered, the company is not responsible.
All parties agree that, except for the courts authorised to do so in Tel Aviv, no other courts will have any judicial authority, except for the appellate courts.
