Accessibility
At Hotels, we place the highest importance on making the site accessible to people with disabilities, thereby allowing the vast majority of the population to browse easily and comfortably. The site is used for hotel bookings, and reservations can also be made by phone with our representatives during business hours. There is no additional charge for booking by phone - the prices are the same as those shown on the site - and our call center can assist anyone who does not find it comfortable to book through the site's interface.
The site has been adapted in accordance with the accessibility requirements set out in the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, level AA.
Below are some of the measures taken as part of making the website accessible:
- The site's navigation and orientation tools are simple and easy to use.
- The site's content is written in plain, clear language and is well organized using categories, headings and clear descriptions.
- A fixed, uniform structure is used for most hotel pages on the site.
- The site is compatible with a range of browsers (such as Chrome and Mozilla).
- The site is adapted for use at various screen resolutions.
- Graphic objects have a text alternative (alt).
- The site allows the font size to be changed using the CTRL key together with the mouse wheel.
- Links on the site are clear and include an explanation of where they lead.
- Colors on the site can be changed by clicking the background button on the site.
