Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellation fee: 100% of the entire reservation value must be charged Cancellation fee rules: Regular season Up to 3 days before arrival date - no charge From 3 days to the day of arrival - 50% of the reservation value charged Peak season - Passover, Rosh Hashanah and August Up to 7 days before arrival date - no charge. From 7 days to the day of arrival - 50% of the reservation value charged Cancellation and/or change made on Saturday and/or any other rest day in Israel will be considered (until the cancellation fee is determined) as if it was made on the following business day. In any case of any change to the reservation (dates, destination, etc.) at the user's initiative, the user may be required to pay additional change fees to the company, in accordance with its procedures.
