Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 48 hours before the guest's arrival without cancellation fees. Cancellation of orders less than 48 hours will be charged at the cost of one night. Rosh Hashanah / Passover - can be canceled free of charge up to three weeks before the date, the hotel requires an advance payment (which will not be refunded in case of cancellation) in the amount of 10% at the time of booking and full payment up to one month before the guest's arrival. Reception of rooms: in August and on holidays starting at 15:00 and vacating rooms on Saturday until 13:00.
