Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order up to 3 business days (not including Friday and Saturday) before the accommodation date without cancellation fees. Cancellation of a reservation up to two business days before the date of accommodation, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation cost. Cancellation of an order up to one business day before the date of accommodation, cancellation fee 50% of the total cost of the order. Cancellation on the day of arrival 100% of the total cost of the reservation. Business days: Sunday - Thursday, not including holiday evenings and Fridays and Saturdays. For example, a guest who cancels a Sunday reservation will be able to cancel it without cancellation fees until the previous Tuesday.
