Cancellation Policy

The credit card will be charged on arrival. Standard Season: 1. Cancellation of reservation up to 7 days prior to the date of hosting - no cancellation fees. 2. Cancellation / change of order between 7 and 2 days prior to the date of the accommodation - 25% cancellation fee of the transaction screen. 3. Cancellation / change / non-arrival booking less than 2 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee for transaction screen. Peak seasons: July, August, holiday and holiday, including Rosh Hashana, Sukkot, Passover, Shavuot and special events. 4. Cancellation of the reservation up to 21 days prior to the date of the stay - no cancellation fees. 5. Cancellation / change of reservation between 21 and 7 days prior to the date of the accommodation - cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% lower than the two. 6. Cancellation / change of order between 7 and 2 days prior to the date of the accommodation - 50% cancellation fee of the total transaction. 7. The hotel features 152 new and spacious rooms, ranging from Economy rooms to large Superior and Family rooms, as well as rooms with balconies overlooking the pool and the sea.
The adults-only Premium Floor offers rooms with a private balcony and a deck terrace with seating areas facing the spectacular views of the sea and marina. The hotel also offers indulgent suites with a large balcony, spacious Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and sea views.
All rooms include a seating area, coffee kit, 50-inch LED TV with YES channels, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini fridge, and safe. Urban, Classic, and Classic Balcony rooms include a standing balcony.

Our terrace rooms are perfect for those seeking the quietest corner of the hotel, adults only. The rooms are located on the 8th floor - the premium floor reserved for guests over 21. You'll find a double bed and a living area with a seating corner in a spacious 30 sqm layout, along with a private balcony of 14 sqm that includes seating.
